TASK 7 (COEXISTENCE PLAN) - TRANSLATOR

Hello guys!

I'm Yolanda, the translator of this week. So I have to collect the five more importants terms that we have learnt this week. As far as I am concerned, I think that the more important terms that we have work with are:

-Coexistence Plan:is the document that collect the organization and the actuations that the Center have to take in account with the purpose to a better coexistence.

-Conflictive Situation: is a situation when someone could hurt her sensitivity or could have a difficulty to face any situation.

-Measures: Actions that someone do or take as a result of a problem or a conflictive situation.

-Coexistence Rules: rules that people of this school or place  have to respect in order to a good coexistence.

-Bullying: physic or psychologic abuse that the colleagues or classmates of the child do continuously.

TASK 7 (Cohexistence Plan). Facilitator

Hi Beeeees!! My name is Miriam and here I am another time as the FACILITATOR of the busy bees’ group this week!!
As you know, the objective of my work this week is to be ‘’THE BOSS’’ of my group and to coordinate and organize all the team, the meetings and the work. It is the second time that I have been The Facilitator, so I was not as nervous as the first time when I have had the lead role.
This activity is called ‘’Coexistence Plans’’ and it consist in inventing a story of a conflictive situation placed in a Primary School, we created a situation in class and then we interchanged with other group and then, we had to do a TV documentary where the problem was explained and the School leader team explained how the coexistence plan could help to improve and solve the problem.
First of all, I have to say that on Monday, before the explanation of the teacher, we divided the roles with little pieces of paper that we took randomly. Here you have the roles:


We had the story that our colleagues ‘’UMPALUMPAS’’ have made, it is a story about a case of an Arabic girl in a school of Paris, after an Arabic terrorist act, the classmates of this girl abuse her, blaming her for it like their parents.

In order to meet and divide the work, we decided on Monday that all we should search something in our houses before Tuesday about:
·         Talks about preventive acts.
·         Promote the Multiculturalism by workshops and co-existence activities.
·         Prevention and development of improvement of coexistence.
·         Punishment to the abusers and the measures that parents will take in account.

When all we have searched the information, we met on Tuesday to gather the information and start to do the dialogue between the reporter (Ainhoa) and the School leader (Berna). While we were doing the script, we decided to do some sort of a Diary like ‘’The Patricia’s Diary’’, It was called ‘’The Yoli’s Diary’’ and Yoli would be the presenter of it.


As soon as we finished all the script, we decided to meet all Thursday in order to film the video in the morning and to set the video in the evening, so we had to eat and spent all day together with the purpose of finishing the work. It was a very hard day, but finally, we solve all the problems that we have had and we did our best!

STAR.THE GAME:SNAKE AND LADDERS

NEWS NEWS , THE STARS HAVE SURVIVED TO THE GAME ;)


 Hello bloggers!

I am Maria Jose, the star this week. I was the star weeks before and my experience was really good but this week it has been, from my point of view, a bit different and you will ask yourself why?
This last part of the task 6 was about a game called "snakers and ladders".In this game two stars of each group had to play to this game and the winners would obtain a  card or joker for each member of the group that  could change by one question (of the two questions) in the oral exam marked directly with a 9.5 or 8,depending on the position(first or second)

I have to recognize that in this task I have had to do a difficult and responsible work (to learn all the questions that the class and my group “busy bees” we have done about lomce). So I have had to training and for doing it my group did a series of games to learn it more easily.
I studied very hard during this week but I felt insecure and worried because I wanted to do it as well as possible so I have tried to think in positive all the week in order to avoid suffer pressure or stress,I recommend you this kind of things a lot .


And then the expected day came….

When Linda said “the game is started” I felt REALLY NERVOUS.I have never felt in this way, maybe because when you are working in groups your responsibility is bigger than when you work alone but not only that, my group was so motivated  and excited that me and Bernabé as stars felt a big responsibility but at the same time we felt more encouraged for doing it as weel as posible.
At the beggining of the game I felt nervous(Imagine I had to have clear ideas about the topics and to know how explain it talking out loud)  and I thought that all the things that I had studied  I had forgotten! but little by little I started to feel more self confidence about myself and when Linda asked us we respond the questions in a good way.Although we anwered questions we had bad luck :(   with the snakes during the game: We fell in many snake's squares(snakes head),descending in our position.

We continued playing to this game on thursday 30th.We knew that we had few posibilitites of being the winners due to the position of the other groups in the game and because we had  1 hour for playing the game so it was difficult to win.And what happened at the end??
WE LOST but,although we have lost in this game,we feel very proud of our work because this kind of games is to be lucky.In other words,in this game you don't win because you know all the questions you win per pure luck basically.

All the groups did it very well but the winners were POWER TEACHERS AND KC&KO)!!! CONGRATULATIONS GUYS!!
It has been a pleasure take part in this game and playing it !


Related to my experience as star I always say that this role is the best because you learn a lot of things about your weaknesses(nerves) and your strenghts(talking in public),something that is very important professionally and personally.So I recommend you that you prove it and comment your experience and how do you feel in this moment because the emotions that you experiment in this moment are incredible! 











STAR.THE GAME:SNAKE AND LADDERS

Hi everyone!!
This is the final week, during these months we were doing a lot of interesting works about School Organization & Resources in the classroom, but this last work was different to the rest.

I´m Bernabe, and I was the star with my peer Maria Jose. We had to play one game in the class in that we were asking for questions about the Spanish Educational System. We were so nervous during the activity, because if we won this activity, we won some points to the final exam.

When the activity started, the lucky was not with us. We had the sensation that we knew all questions, but when we must to answer, nerves attack us. During the activity, we were getting used to this play we were more relax and we could enjoy this activity. I will never forget the good sensation of climb the ladder and, in the opposite, the anger of descend through the snakes.                
                
Finally, we didn´t win the activity. It was not the final that we wanted, we were sure that we could win because we prepared a lot  to win this work (note: we did not cheat XD). I think that this activity has a very important factor: LUCKY, I don´t think that this work is the best option to evaluate any work because lucky is very important to win. But in the other hand, I must to say that in this work I have learnt more than in other works, because for doing it, you must to understand very well the contents from this activity, I was the star, and I had the responsibility to do better as possible this activity, it implies that I had to learn every concepts of this work, not only for me, I had to do it for all people of my group.
